About me

At Trade Me, I moved from analytics into data science and product management. That meant working with engineers and data scientists on search, recommendations and predictive products, then using customer behaviour and experiments to work out what was worth pursuing.

Since then, I’ve worked across product roles at Storypark, ImpactLab and Xero, and more recently on AI at LawVu and Envato. That’s taken me from software for educators and small businesses to legal workflows and creative tools.

I like working through problems where the answer isn’t obvious. Talking to customers, digging into the data, trying something out and seeing what happens. I’m comfortable with the strategy, and I still like getting into the detail with the team.

These days, I bring that mix to consulting. Alongside client work, I write about AI and product development and co-host product and AI meetups in Wellington.
